Having a neutral observer to give feedback can be such an incredible tool for your school! We recommend in-person observations 2-3 times/year. Observation packages include observation time in multiple classrooms, observation notes shared via GoogleDrive, written report including recommendations, scheduled Zoom call with school leadership team with the option of an additional call with staff.
This is ideal from smaller schools with less than 4 classrooms or bigger schools only wanting selected classrooms to be observed
Best suited for schools with more than four classrooms or those schools wanting more in-depth observations of their classrooms
